As someone who gets really anxious about dental treatments, I can say that the doctor and the staff were incredibly kind and caring, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them. truly the best there is. Thank you Dr. Bing and team!!

Worst front desk! They will bill you for all sorts of shit. They took 3d trays for my teeth when I clearly had from my dentist dr bhat. Dr Bing Wan has lovely bedside manners. But a bad admin team due to clerical errors billed me $100 after one year. Go to dr relan. Dr is awesome. I will never go again due to an incompetent receptionist who just went for lunch during my appointment. Despicable!

After a negative experience with another dental provider, I came to Washington Endodontics feeling anxious and uncertain. However, Dr. Bing Wan completely changed my perspective on what dental care and specifically a root canal could be. From start to finish, Dr. Wan and his entire staff took incredible care of me. They made sure I was comfortable at every step and went out of their way to create a calm and welcoming environment. Their kindness and professionalism immediately put me at ease. Dr. Wan himself was gentle, precise, and incredibly thorough. I didn’t feel a thing during the procedure, and even after the numbing wore off, it was as if nothing had happened. The entire experience was remarkably smooth and completely painless. Dr. Wan’s skill, his attentive staff, and the overall level of care I received far exceeded my expectations. Excellent overall experience. I was impressed with Dr. Wan and his whole staff. I was seen quickly, my issue was resolved painlessly and with exceptional care. Little touches such as allowing me to choose the music that played during the procedure, and providing a care bag with bottled water and other helpful items for after the procedure really elevated my positive impression. The staff was happy and the enviornment was very pleasant. I would absolutely recommend this practice.

The whole team responded my pain efficiently and friendly . Dr. Wan did a good job for my root canal which was located in a difficult position. He is gentle and skillful no matter for the anaesthetization， pulp extractions, and temporary filling. He explained the whole procedure and cost in front and the pictures of before and after as he has done. I don’t feel pain, swelling and hurts after the numbness feeling has gone. A good and professional team, too!
